Terms
Classic and Premium.
Classic is free for everyone, and your Llerrosi calendar comes with Premium for the months printed on it, already paid for in the calendar's price.
Version 6 of 11 October 2026.
Who we are
Llerrosi & Co is a trading name of Solid Contracts Ltd. Questions: asorrell@solidcontracts.co.uk.
Classic and Premium
Classic is free for everyone, for good: the month pages, your own and your family's calendars, adding and changing dates, groups, the week ahead, school and bank holidays, and bin day reminders.
Early access, which you can turn on in Account, shows you new features before everyone else; they may change or be withdrawn.
Classic also has limited monthly access to Premium: one wall calendar scan and one Find a time each calendar month, and a phone calendar link that updates once a month. A scan is only used when the page is read, not when a photo is turned back.
Premium is the paid plan: it adds thirty wall calendar scans a month for your household, Find a time, phone calendar sync through the day, and anything we add for subscribers.
Premium with your calendar
- It starts when you activate it: you scan the code on any page of your calendar, verify your email and agree to these terms.
- It runs from that day until the last day of the last month printed on your calendar, usually 12 months, and then ends on its own.
- Activating it after your calendar has started gives you the months still to come, not extra months.
- It never renews and never charges you.
- Each calendar's code activates one account, once. If someone else used yours, email us and we will sort it.
The free day
- Every new account can try Premium free for 24 hours from its first sign-in. You don't need a card, and nothing is ever charged.
- Your free day includes up to 3 wall calendar scans.
- When the 24 hours end, wall calendar scans, Find a time and phone calendar sync go back to Classic's monthly allowance until you activate a calendar or buy Premium. Everything in Classic carries on.
- Each account has one free day.
When it ends
A calendar whose months have all passed cannot be activated. Your account and your dates are not deleted: they stay until you delete them. Premium's features go back to Classic's monthly allowance until you activate another calendar or buy Premium; Classic carries on.
Buying Premium online
- You can buy Premium here without a printed calendar: twelve months for £19.99, or one month for £5. A household's service owner can add ten more scans a month, while their service runs, for twelve months for £5. Prices include any VAT.
- Each purchase is paid once. It never renews and never charges you again: to carry on, buy again.
- If your service is already running, a purchase adds its months after your current end date, so no time is lost.
- The service starts as soon as your payment goes through, and you agree to that when you pay.
- If you change your mind within 14 days of buying, email us and we will refund you in full; a refund ends the months it paid for.
- You can buy twelve months or one month as a gift: you get a code to pass on. Whoever uses it signs in, agrees to these terms, and gets its months from that day, after any service they already have. A code works once and never expires, and we never tell the buyer who used it. A gift can be refunded until its code is used.
- Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or keep your card details.
Ending it early
You can delete your account at any time from Account. A service that came with a calendar has no money back; returning the calendar itself follows the shop you bought it from. A service bought here is refunded in full within 14 days of buying, as above. None of this affects your legal rights.
Using it fairly
Please do not sell codes, open accounts just for more free days, try to reach other people's accounts, or use the service to send anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
What we can promise
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Bin days come from your council and can change, so check with them for anything important.
Changes and law
If we change these terms we will publish the new version here; the version you agreed to applies to your current subscription. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
How we use your data is on the privacy page.
